Midlife, Reimagined.
A different way to experience this chapter of your life.
Hi, I'm Nadia Cruceru.
I see you, because I was you.
You may be successful, capable, and accustomed to taking care of everyone else – and yet find yourself wondering why your energy, body, mindset, or sense of self feels different in midlife.
Maybe you're navigating changes you didn't expect.
Maybe life simply feels fuller than it used to, and you're ready to feel stronger, clearer, more present, and more at home in yourself again.
You’ve tried different quick fixes, but nothing creates the lasting change you are searching for. You don't need another rigid plan or a complicated wellness routine. You need a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
I believe midlife is an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and create a way of living that truly supports the woman you are now – and the woman you are becoming.
That's what NOOLAA LIFESTYLE is about.
My Journey Back to Myself
My own midlife transition was not the graceful, effortless chapter I imagined it might be.
I experienced persistent physical pain, frozen shoulders, deep fatigue, and a growing feeling of being disconnected from my own body.
For someone accustomed to having things done, it was difficult to understand why simply pushing harder wasn't working anymore.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to 'fix' myself and instead I began looking at well-being differently. Through yoga, mindful nutrition, and mindfulness practices, I discovered a life-altering truth: true well-being is about nourishing the whole person—body and mind.
Slowly, things began to change.
I regained energy. I became more present. I felt more connected to myself and to the people I love. What started as my own survival plan became my calling. I began to see midlife as a new chapter – one that could be lived with greater awareness, strength, and intention.
That experience, together with my professional background and continued learning, led me to become a Certified Wellness and Nutrition Coach and ultimately shaped the philosophy behind NOOLAA LIFESTYLE.
A note about the book
I am also proud to be a co-author of The Midlife Advantage: Modern Strategies for a Stronger Body, Clearer Mind, and Unstoppable Vitality.
The book brings together perspectives from wellness and nutrition professionals around an important idea: midlife doesn't have to be a period of decline or something we simply endure. It can be a time of greater self-awareness, renewed energy, stronger habits, and a clearer understanding of what truly matters.
That perspective is very much aligned with why I created NOOLAA LIFESTYLE.
But NOOLAA LIFESTYLE is my approach – shaped by my experience, my professional background, and the women I support.

Why NOOLAA
Before NOOLAA LIFESTYLE I built my career in Facilities Management. It's a very different world from wellness, but it taught me something I carry into my work today.
I spent years in demanding professional environments where responsibility, problem-solving, people, and performance matter. I understand what it means to have a full life and very little room for another complicated commitment.
That's why I don't believe well-being should feel like another job. It should support the life you're already living.
Whether you're leading a team, building a business, raising a family, caring for others, balancing several responsibilities, or simply trying to find your way through this next chapter, NOOLAA LIFESTYLE is designed to meet you where you are.
You simply need to feel that something could be better – and be ready to invest in yourself.
The NOOLAA Approach
At NOOLAA LIFESTYLE, we look at the whole picture. Your body. Your nutrition. Your mindset. Your energy. Your daily habits. Your relationship with yourself.
We focus on practical, sustainable changes that fit into your life–not perfection. Depending on what you need, that may include nutrition guidance, meal planning, mindfulness practices, practical routines, accountability, and the small daily choices that gradually create meaningful change.
My role isn't to tell you how you should live.
It's to listen, guide, challenge you when needed, and help you build a way of living that feels like yours.
My Philosophy: Small Steps. meaningful rituals. A life that feels like your.
I don't believe wellness has to be complicated, restrictive, or perfect. Your life is already full; your well-being should make that life feel better, not become another responsibility to manage.
Instead, we focus on small, intentional, and sustainable steps that respect your unique life. I firmly believe that every woman deserves the opportunity to bloom in her own season—on her own terms.
